1. Brown 1 lb hamburger, some chopped peppers, some chopped onions, and some diced celery.
2. Add about 2 - 3 cups of macaroni
3. Add 1 can tomato soup, 1 8 oz can tomato sauce and 8 oz water.
4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed and macaroni is tender.
