CAFE RIO CHICKEN

1 small bottle (16 oz) Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 Tablespoon cumin
3 gloves garlic - minced
5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast

Place chicken in crockpot.  Pour dressing over and add seasonings.  Stir it all together to be sure chicken is coated.  Cook for 4 hours on high, remove meat from crockpot, leaving liquid in the pot.  Shred meat, return to liquid in pot, stir to combine and cook for an additional one hour.  This makes a large amount but freezes well so you can portion it into containers and freeze for later use.
