PASTA WITH CHICKEN AND CREAMY TOMATO SAUCE

1 chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 1/4 cups water
1 cup pasta, uncooked
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 can table cream (canned in the Hispanic food section)

Empty can of tomatoes into pot.  Use a potato masher to crush tomatoes. Stir in water. Add dry pasta, garlic powder and onion powder.  Stir to combine. Turn on heat to medium high.  Cover pot and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.  Boil 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked.  Stir in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of table cream to desired creaminess.  Remove from heat and serve.
