2 cups dry milk
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsps onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
Mix well and store in airtight container. To make cream of onion soup combine 1/3 cup of mix with 1 1/4 cups milk or broth in saucepan. Stir until smooth. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
