EASIEST FRUIT SALAD

1 small package instant lemon pudding mix
1 can fruit cocktail (undrained)
1 small can mandarin oranges (drained)
Fresh fruit if available and as desired (blueberries, sliced strawberries, bananas, kiwi, grapes, etc.)
For variation, one small container frozen whipped topping, thawed


Combine pudding mix and can of fruit cocktail until pudding mix is completely moistened.  Add mandarin oranges and fresh fruit as desired.  Stir to combine and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

Variation:  After adding fruit, fold in one small container of frozen whipped topping, thawed.
