1 small package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup fresh fruit (sliced strawberries, cantaloupe cubes, grapes, blueberries, etc)
Place dry pudding mix into large bowl. Stir in pineapple (including the liquid). Add the thawed topping, mandarin oranges and other fruit as desired. Cover and chill at least one hour.
