SPINACH SALAD

Salad: 1 bag baby spinach
12 - 16 strawberries, sliced
(or grapes cut in half,
or blueberries - about 1 cup of
fruit total)
1/3 cup pine nuts

Dressing: 1/4 cup vinegar (red wine or
cider)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds

Mix salad ingredients together in a medium serving bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well. Just before serving, drizzle dressing over salad.
