FUNERAL POTATOES

2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
1/3 cup melted butter
2 cans cream of chicken, potato, or celery soup
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onions

Topping - 1 cup cornflakes, crushed
1/3 cup melted butter

In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients and pour into 9x13 baking dish. Combine topping ingredients and set aside.  Bake potato mixture at 350° for 45 minutes.  Sprinkle with cornflake mixture and bake 15 more minutes.
