PARMESAN COATED CHICKEN

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
olive oil to coat
1/3 cup dry Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsps nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp dry parsley
scant 1/2 tsp paprika
scant 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 pinches salt
Couple shakes black pepper

Combine dry ingredients in bowl.  Rub chicken with olive oil. Coat chicken with dry mix. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350° until juices run clear, about 20 minutes.
