2 cups plain non-fat greek yogurt
1 to 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter (ingredients listed should be peanuts or peanuts and salt)
Place yogurt and 1 cup of peanut butter in bowl. Beat well. Add the remaining 1/2 cup peanut butter if you want more peanut butter flavor.
Spread on cake and store in refrigerator.
If you are not trying to eliminate sugar from your diet, you can use regular peanut butter which usually has some form of sugar as an ingredient.
This mixture also makes a yummy replacement for a small dish of ice cream when you are craving something tasty.
