FAVORITE OVERNIGHT OATS

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk (dairy or dairy free)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon maple syrup

Add fruit or nuts as desired. 

Combine all ingredients in a jar or container with a sealable lid. Refrigerate overnight.
