MAPLE OATMEAL BREAD

1 1/4 cups warm water
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 pkg yeast (or 1 Tbsp)

For bread machine - place ingredients in bread pan in order listed and set machine going.

For oven - combine all ingredients. Knead 5 - 10 minutes. Let rise 30 - 45 minutes. Punch down and shape into loaf. Place in greased loaf pan. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 mintues.
