QUESADILLA CASSEROLE

4 large whole wheat tortillas
1 pound ground beef, cooked or 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 can black beans, drained
1 can tomato soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup salsa
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray a 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray.  Lay two tortillas to cover the bottom of the pan.  Combine the ground beef, beans, soup, sour cream and salsa.   Use 3/4 of the mixture to cover the tortillas.  Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cheese.  Lay the remaining two tortillas on top of meat mixture.  Cover with remaining 1/4 of mixture and sprinkle with remaining cheese.  Cover dish tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
