1 1/2 cups cranberries
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 Tbsps flour
Dough for double crust pie
Mix first five ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool while making crust.
Line bottom of pie pan with crust.
Pour in filling.
Top with lattice crust.
Brush top crust with milk and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
Cover edges of crust with foil or shield.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350°, remove shield and bake for 30 more minutes.
