2 lbs beef (cut in 1 - 2" cubes)
2 T fat
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 onion diced
5 - 6 carrots, sliced
4 - 5 potatoes, cubed
1 1/2 cups water
1 - 2 tsps. Kitchen Bouquet
1 T flour
Heat pan. Add fat and brown meat. Add salt, pepper and onion. Place carrots and potatoes, Add water and Kitchen Bouquet. Cover pan. Control at 10 lbs pressure. Cook for 15 mins after control jiggles. Let pressure go down normally. Use flour to thicken gravy. Serves 5 -6 .
