CHUNKY CHEESE BREAD

1 1/2 cups hot water
2 Tbsps oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
4 cups white or bread flour
2 Tbsps yeast
1 or 2 eggs, beaten
1 to 2 cups cheese

Grease two loaf pans. Combine water and sugar. Stir in oil. Add salt, flour and yeast. Mix well. Dump dough onto large cutting board. Divide dough in half. Set one half aside. Using the other half, cut dough into large chunks. Pour 1/2 or one beaten egg over dough along with half of the cheese. Cut all together, mixing everything together well. Put the chunks into one of the prepared pans. Repeat with the remaining half of dough and the remaining egg and cheese.
Let rise in warm place for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. Immediately remove from pans and cool.
