HONEY WHEAT MUFFINS

1 cup all purpose flour              1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup whole wheat flour         1/2 cup honey
2 tsps baking powder                 1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt                                    1/2 tap finely shredded lemon peel
1 beaten egg

Preheat oven to 400°. Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. In 2 measuring cup or small mixing bowl, combine liquid ingredients and lemon peel.  Add liquid to dry ingredients and stir until just moistened, batter will be lumpy.
Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full. Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until golden. Remove from pans and serve warm.
