8 Tbsps chili powder
4 Tbsps onion powder
2 Tbsps cumin
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar or equivalent
Combine all ingredients in a pint jar. Put lid on and shake well. Use 2 Tbsps mix to season one pound of cooked ground beef.
