BREAKFAST COOKIES

1 lg banana                                    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup peanut butter                     1/4 cup dry milk powder
1/2 cup honey                                 2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla                          1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup rolled oats                             1 cup craisins or raisins

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
Combine banana, peanut butter, honey and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
Add oats, flour, dry milk, cinnamon and soda and mix well. Stir in craisins or raisins. 
Drop 1/4 cup dough 3” apart on baking sheet. Flatten to 2 3/4” diameter and 1 1/2” thick.
Bake 14-16 minutes. Makes 12 cookies.
