6 small to medium potatoes peeled and sliced very thin
1 1/2 cups finely diced ham
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
2-3 tsps onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a casserole dish. Layer half of the potatoes in the casserole. Top with half of the ham and half of the cheese. Repeat layers. Combine milk, flour, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a quart jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well. Pour milk mixture over potato ham mixture. Cover with casserole with lid or aluminum foil. Bake 60 minutes until potatoes are tender.
