1/4 cup melted butter
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups dried coconut (I used unsweetened, pulsed it in the food processor to make it a little finer then measured the 1 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs - I pulsed 2 sleeves of graham crackers in food processor until very fine (like sand), this gave me a little more than the 1 1/2 cups used in the cookie mix and enough leftover to roll to cookies in)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (I used the mini chips)
Combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until well blended. Add the graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Combine well. Refrigerate for an hour or so. Then roll into small balls and roll balls in the extra graham cracker crumbs. Chill again until firm. Refrigerate any leftovers in a sealed container.
