STIR FRY PIZZA RICE

 2 cups cooked rice
1 Tablespoon butter
Chopped pepperoni
1/2-3/4 can of corn (drained)
approximately 1/2 cup pizza sauce 
1 or 2 handfuls of shredded cheddar cheese

Melt butter in large skillet.  Add rice and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add chopped pepperoni and corn. Stir and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in pizza sauce and heat thoroughly.  Sprinkle cheese on top and cook over low heat 3 to 4 minutes until cheese melts.
