2 Hatfield brown sugar seasoned pork loins
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bottle Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1 onion thinly sliced
Potato rolls
1. Cut each pork loin into quarters and place into crockpot.
2. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
3. Spread onions on top.
4. Combine bbq sauce with broth and pour over meat.
5. Cook on high for six hours stirring once or twice.
6. Remove pork to large bowl. Use mixer to shred meat then stir meat back into sauce in crockpot and reduce heat and keep warm until ready to serve.
7. Serve over potato rolls.
