1 lb cooked ground beef
1 1/2 tsps onion powder
2 (14 1/2 oz each) cans diced tomatoes
1 (15 1/2 oz) can dark red kidney beans, undrained
1 (16 oz) can corn, undrained
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
2 cups beef broth
1 (16 oz) jar medium salsa
Combine all ingredients in large pan or crockpot and heat until heated through. Serve with corn chips, shredded cheddar cheese and a spoonful of sour cream.
