3 cups cooked rice.
2 eggs, slightly beaten.
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese.
2 cans (8 oz each) tomato sauce.
1/2 teaspoon each basil, oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
veggie and meat toppings of your choice
Combine rice, eggs, and 1 cup of the cheese. Press firmly into a greased 12" pizza pan spreading evenly. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes. Combine tomato sauce and seasonings. Spread evenly over crust. Add desired toppings. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake 10 minutes longer.
